No.
Detailed answer
Dove
A dove is captured and held in the tight grip of a villainous character. While the dove looks in danger, it is eventually released with no harm coming to it at all.
Is the dove real?
While not addressed explicitly in the film, the film does let us know that most animals are extinct so it is likely that the bird is synthetic.
Snake
A snake is shown as used as part of an act where it is placed around the neck of a dancer. A fight breaks out next to the snake, but it is never harmed or in danger.
Is the snake real?
It is explicitly addressed in the film that the snake is synthetic. The viewer is informed of this before ever laying eyes on the snake.
